O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 27.03.2015 and 11.04.2018. 2.

Mr.I.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the first and second respondents. Mr.C.Ramesh, learned counsel, takes notice for the third and fourth respondents.

By mutual consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

The grievance of the petitioner is that she worked as daily wage basis for one year and due to her illness, could not continue with employment. After recovery of her illness, she approached the respondent to join the work, but the same was refused. Hence, she made a representation to the 1st and 2nd respondents on 27.03.2015 and the second respondent sent a reply. Thereafter, she approached the third respondent. On 12.02.2016, the third respondent sent a reply dated 12.02.2016 asking her to submit necessary documents. Afterwards, no action has been taken by the third respondent. Lastly, she made a representation on 11.04.2018. But till date, no action has been taken. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court by filing the present Writ Petition.

Though the petitioner has come forward with this Petition seeking the above said larger relief, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner, dated 27.03.2015 and 11.04.2018.

6. Heard Mr.I.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the first and second respondents. Mr.C.Ramesh, learned counsel, appearing for the third and fourth respondents.

Taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer now made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the representations, is constrained to direct the respondents to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner, dated 27.03.2015 and 11.04.2018 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 31.07.2018.

With the above said direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
