ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the fourth respondent to take appropriate action as per law and also provide police protection to the petitioner on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 31.01.2017.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the letter of the petitioner dated 10.02.2017 addressed to the fourth respondent, wherein, it has been stated that since the respondent is protecting the interest of the petitioner, no further action is necessary on his complaint.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the statement made by the petitioner in his letter dated 10.02.2017, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
