These Original Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: This application is filed to receive the additional documents annexed to the application in the aforesaid suit.

3. The said documents can be received subject to proof and relevancy. The time already granted by this Court for recording of evidence has been expired.

4. Registry is directed to post the suit before the Additional Master IV on 09.02.2017 for recording of evidence and the plaintiff is directed to complete the evidence within two weeks and thereafter the defendant's side evidence shall be completed within two weeks. OA.444 of 2013 Since the application is pending without any progress and the trial has also been commenced in the main suit, hence this application is dismissed.
