Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.06.2015 seeking employment under the category of land losers and pass necessary orders in the light of the employment priority certificate issued by the Tahsildar Palacode and the orders passed by this Honourable Court in W.P.No.14050 of 2013 on 08.05.2013 within the time that may be fixed by this Honourable Court.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner would state that the lands belonging to his father was acquired under the provisions of Land Acquisition Central Act, 1984 and on account of the same, he and his family were left with no other avocation and therefore, he submitted a representation dated 15.04.2013 seeking employment and since it was not given disposal, has approached this Court by filing W.P.No.14050 of 2013 and this Court vide order dated 08.05.2013, has directed the respondents therein to consider and dispose of his representation within a stipulated time. Accordingly, the first respondent has considered the representation and rejected the same vide order dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

05.09.2013 stating that the father of the petitioner is over aged. Thereafter, the son/ the petitioner who is about 27 years has submitted a representation dated 30.06.2015 praying for employment on the ground that he has passed X Standard and he belongs to the Scheduled Caste category and he must be given suitable employment under the category of land users. Though the said representation was received and acknowledged on 02.07.2015, the first respondent is yet to pass orders and hence, the petitioner came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.P.Mani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.Durai Solaimalai, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the second respondent.

4.This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
