ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioners based on the false compliant given against them.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by one Muthaiah, petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners.

4. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioners shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, they shall not be harassed.
