Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for the issuance of a WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the second respondent to dispose of the complaint dated 30.01.2019 in Complaint No.147 of 2019 made by the petitioners against the third respondent pending in DCC No.17/2020, Disciplinary Committee No.VI and take such action in accordance with law within the time frame fixed by this Court. [Order of the court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The petitioners have preferred the present writ petition, seeking a direction to the second respondent to dispose of the complaint bearing No.147 of 2019 dated 30.01.2019 made by them against the third respondent, culminating in DCC No.17/2020 on the file of the Disciplinary 2/4
Committee No.VI, in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

The learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the prayer of the petitioners has already been met with by the second respondent by placing the matter before the Disciplinary Committee of the Bar Council of India vide proceedings B.C.I.Tr.Case No.192 of 2022 and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication herein. 3.
The submission so made on the side of the respondents has been agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4.
