respondent passed an order and the said order has already been challenged in separate writ petition. Therefore, this Contempt Petition may be closed.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Petition is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in the subsequent writ petition.
