A.No.1598 of 2026 in O.A.No.217 of 2026 K.KUMARESH BABU.J., The present application has been filed to implead the Kodambakkam Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., No.39, Rangarajapuram Main Road, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 600 024 as the proposed respondent in O.A.No.217 of 2026 and allow consequential amendment inthe application wherever necessary.

2. Mr.B.Prashanth Nadaraj, learned counsel for the first respondent and Mr.B.S.Samyuktha, learned counsel for the second respondent would submit that they have no objection in allowing the present application.

3. Heard the learned counsels appearing for their respective parties.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the first and second respondents respectively have no objection in allowing the present application and being satisfied with the same, the application is ordered as prayed for.
