Original Application No.5541 of 2002 was filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench: Chennai - 104 to issue a direction to call for the records of the proceedings of the respondent in H4/P.R.99/98 Rule 3(b) dated 17.09.2002 and quash the same with the consequential direction, directing the respondent to reinstate the applicant into service with all attendant and monetary benefits. Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was transferred and numbered as Writ petition.
