COMMON ORDER The writ petitions have been filed to forebear the respondents from laying pipelines in the petitioner's agricultural patta lands without due process of law.

This Court in a similar case in W.P.Nos.35356 of 2019 and 16597 of 2020 dated 05.01.2024 has passed the following order: "3. In view of the fact that the acquisition proceedings have already been initiated, the apprehension raised by the petitioner is untenable and the petitioners are at liberty to raise an objection if any at the time of conducting enquiry.

4 .Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connecting miscellaneous petitions are closed."

Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of, on the same line with reference to the decision of this Court as cited Supra. No costs.
