PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection for her life and limb from the 3rd respondent who give life threat to her while she enters her cultivating land comprised in S.No.314/2A, 315/2A, 325/2A measuring to an extent of 2 acres at Vilangamudi Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by considering her representation dated 15.07.2020.

O R D E R

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner, for her life and limb from the 3rd respondent who gave life threat to her while she enters into her cultivating land comprised in S.No.314/2A, 315/2A, 325/2A to an extent of 2 acres at Vilangamudi Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District, by considering her representation dated 15.07.2020. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.It is seen that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent herein, in respect of cultivating the land comprised in S.No.314/2A, 315/2A, 325/2A to an extent of 2 acres at Vilangamudi Village, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri District. In this regard, proceedings are pending on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Krishnagiri. However, on the complaint lodged by the petitioner herein, as against the accused person, before the Inspector of Police, Nagarasanpatti Police Station, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri, enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the Inspector of Police, Nagarasanpatti Police Station, Pochampalli Taluk, Krishnagiri, is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 15.07.2020, after issuing notice to the 3rd respondent herein and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
