ORDER
This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned order made in Ka.No./U.Po./E.u /A.Pettai/Ko.Letter/ A.No.315/2025 dated 13.03.2025.
2. By the said communication, the petitioner's request for an electricity connection was rejected and hence the petitioner is before this Court.

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, on written instructions, submitted that the petitioner has to execute an Indemnity bond and also pay a double security deposit. If the petitioner does so, the connection will be granted in the manner known to law.

4. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of on the following terms:- (i) The petitioner shall, as early as possible, furnish the indemnity bond and pay the additional charges requested. Upon verifying the other details, the connection can be effected.
(ii) The parties shall act upon the production of the web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the order. (iii) Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
