Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners in the Blanket of enquiry in First Information Report No.1189 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a complaint given by the petitioners, petition enquiry is pending before the second respondent. Hence, no blanket order of not to harass the petitioners can be passed. The petitioners are directed to co-operate for the enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

During the course of enquiry, they should not be harassed. If any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioners against arrest.

4.With the observations, the criminal original petition is closed.
