Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to bring the petitioners under regular time scale (Rs.4800-10000+1300 GP and now revised as 15700-58100) from the date of their absorption in the third respondent corporation as done in the case of Sanitary Workers in the Education Department in terms of G.O.Ms.No.50 School Education Department dated 08.03.2019 and consequently to pay arrears of salary to the petitioners.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to bring the petitioners under regular time scale from the date of their absorption in the third respondent corporation as done in the case of Sanitary Workers in the Education Department in terms of G.O.Ms.No.50 School Education Department dated 08.03.2019 and consequently to pay arrears of salary to the petitioners.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioners and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, in the light of the government order in G.O.Ms.No.50 School Education Department dated 08.03.2019, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
