ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 3(2)(a), 4(1), 5(1)(a) of Immoral Trafficking Prevention Act, in Crime No.05 of 2026 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that, on receipt of a secret information, the respondent police conducted a raid at "Aathiya Ayurvedic Center", wherein they found that the accused had compelled three victims to indulge in prostitution. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this is the third anticipatory bail application. He further submitted that he is ready to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and submitted that there are no previous cases against the petitioner and that this is the third anticipatory bail application. It is further submitted that the earlier anticipatory bail applications were dismissed and that there is no change in circumstances in the present application.

5. Considering the nature and gravity of the allegations against the petitioner and that the involvement in trafficking and exploitation of victims for prostitution, and there is no change in circumstances, this Court is of the view that the petitioners does not deserve any anticipatory bail.
