Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order bearing ref. No.AAM/HRM/DISC/CSB/34-A/2012/3524-37 dated 07/10.12.2012 issued by the 1st respondent insofar as it relates to the petitioner's transfer to Calicut and order bearing ref. No.AAM/HRM/DISC/34-A/2013/-55 dated 20.02.2013 passed by the 3rd respondent rejecting his request to retain him at Chennai and to quash the same as being illegal, arbitrary and malafide and for a consequential direction to the respondents to retain him at Chennai.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to subsequent developments nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition and hence, the writ petition may be dismissed as infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect.
