Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure to withdraw and transfer H.M.O.P.No.9 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Vaniyambadi to some other Family Court at Chennai.

O R D E R

The respondent herein filed H.M.O.P.No.9/2014 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Vaniyambadi for divorce. The petitioner herein is the wife, who is residing at Mogappair West, Chennai - 600 037, which comes within the jurisdiction of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee, has brought-forth this petition seeking an order transferring the said HMOP from the file of Sub Court, Vaniyambadi, to the file of any one of the Family Courts at Chennai on the premise that the Family Courts at Chennai are nearer to her and it will be convenient for her to have the case tried in any one of the Family Courts at Chennai.

2. Learned counsel who appears for the respondent, submits that the respondent is not having any objection for the transfer of the H.M.O.P. No.9/2014 from Sub Court, Vaniyambadi to any one of the Family Courts at Chennai.

3. In view of the said submission, the Transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed. H.M.O.P.No.9/2014 is withdrawn from the file of Sub Court, Vaniyambadi and transferred to the file of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai for disposal according to law.
