SIVASHANKAR @ SHANKAR [RESPONDENTS IN BOTH THE PETITIONS] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to withdraw the petition in G.O.P.No.6/2018 pending on the file of the Honourable Family Court, Pondichery and transfer the same either to the Family Court at Chennai or to the District Court, Chengalpattu (in TR CMP.292/18)and;
(ii) To grant stay of all further proceedings in GOP No.6/2018 pending on the file of the Honble Family Court Pondichery (in CMP.No.7500/18) pending in TR CMP.292/18 respectively. Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.EASWARADHAS Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent is ready to pay travelling expenses including lodging expenses of the petitioner and the child to appear before the Court at Pondicherry.
At his request, for filing counter affidavit and citations, post the matter on 25.06.2018.
