ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register an FIR on the complaint given by the petitioner on 29.08.2015 in CSR No.116/CSR/B4P5/15.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the petitioner, who is a practicing Advocate, was threatened by the party, against whom, he was litigating in the Rent Control Court. Taking into consideration and nature of the allegation found in the complaint, it is not a fit case to issue direction to the respondent police to register an FIR. Hence, the criminal original petition is closed.
