2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate for the respondent submitted that a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.2916 of 2024 has been filed challenging the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.17659 of 2020 dated 28.11.2023 and the same was allowed on 01.10.2024.
