The Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15723 of 2023 dated 14.07.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the petitioner had already given in writing that no further action is required in Crime No.197 of 2018 and based on the same, the case itself was closed on 23.04.2019. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the referred charge sheet was also filed before the XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Saidapet, on 26.06.2024 in e-filing No.CC-LTN20230001145C202400113.

3.In the light of the above development, no further orders can be passed in this contempt petition.
