The learned counsel for the petitioners requested to grant some more time for arguments.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) who is appearing for the first respondent has submitted that even on 29.11.2013 itself, the matter was referred to as " mistake of fact " and to that effect, a report has been also filed before the concerned Court.
