This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the Charge Sheet filed in CC.No.335 of 2021, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Vellore.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners were tried in the impugned proceedings and were acquitted by the judgement dated 12.11.2021.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence the prayer in the instant petition has become infructuous.
