ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 26.06.2016, given by the petitioner and to investigate the matter and file a final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.160 of 2016 before the respondent Police.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is closed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
with a direction to the respondent police to conduct enquiry expeditiously and either close the case under due intimation to the petitioner or register a regular FIR.
