O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents, more particularly, the third respondent to deal with the online application submitted by the petitioner on 29.03.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of the boundaries.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Government Advocate for the fourth respondent.

3. The petitioner is placing reliance upon the settlement deed dated 19.09.2022 which was registered as Document No.5573 of 2022. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the patta issued in the name 2/4

of the petitioner's vendor in Patta No.1215. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the sale deed dated 20.02.2025 executed in favour of the petitioner and also the patta that was issued in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.1303 and joint patta that has been issued in Patta Nos.976, 529, 615 and 1302. The petitioner submitted the online application seeking for survey of the subject property. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to act upon the online applications submitted by the petitioner on 13.03.2025 and 29.03.2025 and conduct the survey in line with the title document and patta that is relied upon by the petitioner. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any interested parties, such survey shall be completed in their presence. If required, the third respondent can seek for police protection from the fourth respondent.
