ORDER

By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2024.

3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner submitted a representation on 05.08.2024 seeking necessary action to trace out records. However, the said representation has not been considered so far by the 1st respondent. Aggrieved by the same, petitioner has come before this Court.

4.At the outset, it is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents that the enquiry on the representation dated 05.08.2024 is fixed on 19.06.2025, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner. 2/5

5.In view thereof, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

6.It is open to the petitioner to participate in the enquiry and respondents shall conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the representation.
