When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate would submit that as against the order dated 02.06.2020 in W.P.No.17530 of 2019, the respondents has preferred an appeal in W.A.No.2112 of 2021, wherein the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.08.2021 has granted an order of interim stay. 2.In view of the stay granted by the Division Bench of this Court, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
