The present criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent not to harass the petitioner except by due process of law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that based on the complaint lodged by one Kingsly, the respondent is harassing the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint lodged by Kingsly was enquired into and the same was closed. Hence, the presence of the petitioner is not required by the respondent police. 4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, I am of the opinion that there is no need to give any specific direction to the respondent police. Hence, the present criminal original petition is closed.
