Crl.M.P.No.7227 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.7869 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed to the petitioners shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7869 of 2024 passed in order dated 04.04.2024.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police monthly twice, i.e. on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, without fail.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
