assume charge as Executive Officer, Solavalli Mosque WaqfChinnatherupallivasal, Nellikuppam, Cuddalore District.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Waqf Superintendent cum-Executive Officer concerned is directed to make a request before the concerned police station and on receipt of the same the concerned police station is directed to consider the same and provide police protection to him to assume charge as Executive Officer.

3. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
