Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.RAVEENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.P.SRINIVAS,SENIOR STANDING COUNSEL on behalf of the 1st Respondents the court made the following order:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed with a prayer for dispensing with production/filing of the original impugned order/proceedings of the first respondent.

2. Mr.B.Raveendran, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner herein draws the attention of this Court to paragraph 8 of the affidavit filed in support of the instant dispense with petition.

3. Reasons for dispense with prayer which has been articulated in paragraph 8 of the affidavit filed in support of the instant dispense with petition, reads as follows:

'8.I state that the petitioner has received only a computed generated copy of the impugned proceedings and was not served with the certified copy of the impugned proceedings dt. 25.02.2016 passed in Communication Reference No.CPC/1415/A5/1542254955 for the assessment year 2014-15. Hence, the petitioner is not in a position to file the certified copy of the impugned order It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to dispense with the production of the original impugned order dated 25.02.2016 passed in Communication Reference No.CPC/1415/A5/1542254955 for the assessment year 2014-15 and thus render justice.'

4. In the light of the aforesaid reasons, production of original impugned order is dispensed with for the present.
