PRAYER: Criminal Original Petitions are filed under Section 438 of Criminal Procedure Code to enlarge the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No.454 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences publishable under Sections 406 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.454 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant is that the petitioners conducted a Diwali Chit Company unauthorizedly and cheated the public to the tune of Rs.14,10,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs Ten Thousand only). Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners by conducting Diwali Chit company have cheated the poor people to the tune of Rs.14,10,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lakhs Ten Thousand only).
5. Taking into consideration the facts and submissions of the learned Counsel and the petitioners have cheated the poor people, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6.With the above observation, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
