This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioner for staying at Chennai and reporting before the Inspector of Police, C1, Flower Bazaar Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders, by this Court in Crl.OP.No.6527 of 2023 on 23.03.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly till today.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
