This writ petition has been filed against the order passed by the first respondent/ Revenue Divisional Officer, Cuddalore.
2. Against the order passed by the first respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, a revision is provided before the District Revenue Officer. Without availing the alternative remedy available to the petitioner and without filing a revision before the District Revenue Officer/the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
revisional authority, the petitioner cannot maintain the writ petition before this Court.
3. In the said circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to file a revision before the District Revenue Officer, Cuddalore. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
