With reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petition, Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents based on the written instructions given by the Tahsildar, Udumalpet, vide letter dated 26.04.2024 states that the District Collector, Tiruppur has directed the petitioner to submit structural stability certificate on 24.04.2024, issued by the Public Works Department vide letter dated 24.04.2024. Based on the above certificate, action is being taken to issue permission to the petitioner for running the Perris Wheel and Death Well.
