ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.S.Sundar , J.) This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to take appropriate action on the representation of the petitioner to remove the unauthorised hoarding erected on the building. 2.Though the petitioner has not impleaded the person who has erected the unauthorised hoarding, this Court directed the respondents to take action if the hoarding is erected without permission. 2/5

3.Today, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the unauthorised hoardings had been removed.

4.Recording the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. 5.The respondents may also ensure that such unauthorised hoardings are not re-erected in future.
