The application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 61 days in filing the written statement.

2. In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that the applicant was diagnosed with Hypertension in the year 2023 and the Doctors had advised her to take rest for 2 to 3 months. Her health further deteriorated.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of reasons advanced, the delay is condoned. The application stands allowed.
