This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the dismissal order dated 13.01.2020 passed in Criminal Revision Petition No.7 of 2019 in CMP No.1467 of 2018 in CMP No.3120 of 2017 in M.C.No.15 of 2011 on the file of the learned III Additional Sessions Judge, Vellore at Tirupattur.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that as directed by the Judicial Magistrate No. II Tirupattur, Vellore District, the arrears of maintenance amount has been deducted from the petitioner's salary in every month. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.
