C.R.P.(PD)No.813 of 2018 C.R.P.(PD)No.813 of 2018 V.BHARATHIDASAN.J., This court, by order dated 20.03.2019 disposed of the above said revision petition with a direction to the court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.317 of 2003 on or before 30.06.2019.

2. At the request of the learned I Addl. District Munsif, Puducherry, by way of letter dated 17.07.2019 seeking extension of time to dispose of the suit, this revision petition is listed again before this court for appropriate orders.

3. I have gone through the said letter and also heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. This court is satisfied with the reasons assigned for extension of time. Accordingly, further one month time is granted to dispose of the suit.
