JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) Under assail is the order dated 26.03.2025 passed in W.P.No.11103 of 2025.

Admittedly, auction was conducted on 12.03.2025. The ground raised by the appellant is that he was ready and willing to pay 50% more than the bid amount should have been offered during the relevant point of time. 3.

The appellant had not participated in the auction. That being so, he cannot raise such a ground after completion of auction by the competent Authorities. That apart, license was also granted to the successful bidder for a sum of Rs.7,51,000/-. That being the factum, this Court do not find any reason to interfere with the writ order impugned.

4.
