ORDER

The relief sought for in this petition is to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to enforce the maintenance order dated 09.01.2015 passed by the 2nd respondent within the prescribed period as envisaged under Section 11 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and further direct the 4th respondent to register a case on her complaint dated 2.7.2015.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, P. Kritika Kamal, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 09.01.2015, regular case has been registered in Crime No.249/2015 by the respondent police.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
