Calling for the records of the impugned order issued by the 3rd respondent vide Ref.No.27539/N4/2016 dated 31.01.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to appoint the petitioner in the post of social worker at the Government Hospital of Thoracic Medicine, Tambaram Sanatorium and pass.

ORDER

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed praying to amend the prayer FROM Directing the 2nd Respondent to consider the representation sent by the petitioner dated 20.07.2021 and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to appoint the petitioner to the post of social worker at the Government Hospital of Thoracic Medicine, Tambaram Sanatorium and pass such further orders TO WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS, calling for the records of the impugned order issued by the 3rd respondent vide Ref.No.27539/N4/2016 dated 31.01.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to appoint the petitioner in the post of Social Worker at the Government Hospital of Thoracic Medicine, Tambaram Sanatorium. 2.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The learned counsel for respondents does not have any serious objection to the same.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
