ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the respondent in O.MU.No.309/ 2021/A2 dated 22.04.2021.

Though this writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the respondent, thereby informed the petitioner that after receipt of the respective reports from the Revenue Inspector and the Village Administrative Officer, Class II legal heir certificate will be issued, now the learned counsel appearing from the petitioner restricted his prayer as that the concerned Revenue Inspector as well as the Village Administrative Officer have not filed report till now, therefore they may be directed to submit their respective reports with the respondent for verifying and issuing legal heir certificate. 3.

Considering the above, concerned Revenue Inspector of the respondent's office and the Village Administrative Officer are directed to submit report as directed by this Court in WP.No.15403 of 2020 dated 22.12.2020 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order to the respondent herein. On receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to issue Class II Legal Heirship Certificate to the petitioner on the demise of his senior paternal uncle Jayarama Naidu on 2/4

the basis of the reports submitted by the Village Administrative Officer and Revenue Inspector in accordance with law within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
