This Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner had called for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry on 06.07.2021, in CSR No.259/2021 dt.25.06.2021, and the same was closed. He further submits that it is purely a property dispute and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature. He submits that the petitioner is not required for enquiry.
