This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents herein to produce the petitioner's brother's son Sorif, S/o.Dulal, aged 21 years before this Hon'ble Court and to set him at liberty.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State that the detenue has been secured and handed over to the petitioner.
