Today the petitioner / accused is present. The second respondent / defacto complainant is not present. But the affidavit filed by the second respondent, which was signed and identified by Vice Consul, Consulate General of India, Dubai (U.A.E.) on 21.01.2016 is produced before this Court by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent. 2.
The counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent / defacto complainant would submit that the dispute is between landlord and tenant and the tenant is the accused and that the possession has been handed over and that the Civil Suit has also been compromised and therefore, his client has no objection to withdraw the First Information Report. Recording the same, the First Information Report in Cr.No.193 of 2013 on the file of the first respondent police is quashed.

The Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
