Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 6th respondent, particularly the advertisement given in Daily Thanthi dated 19.05.2015 vide Advt.No.01 & 02/2015 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary disciplinary action against the 5th respondent for his exceeding acts on his part.
