O R D E R

(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner on the factual premise that notwithstanding the order of eviction order, consequential demolition has not been carried out.

2. Learned Government Pleader on instructions submitted that encroacher has filed an appeal before the District Collector, Salem and the same is still pending.

3. In such a view of the matter, we direct the aforesaid appeal to be disposed of within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, instant writ petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to give his remarks and objection for allowing the appeal, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
