O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 13.7.2020 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Mr. E. Balamurugane, learned Special Govt. Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the 2nd respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

01.10.2020 at 3 p.m. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner can be present for the enquiry with all the relevant documents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already fixed date for enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to give sufficient opportunity to the petitioners as well as respondents 4 to 6 and pass orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
