Seeking issuance of patta in respect of the property in question, the petitioner made a representation dated 23.06.2015 to the respondents-authorities and since no orders are passed on the same, she has filed this Writ Petition. Taking into consideration the pendency of the said representation, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the third respondent-Tahsildar to pass orders on the said representation, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other parties, if any aggrieved, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
